Your therapist reviews your concerns and adjusts suitable treatment steps. Deluxe and Platinum appointments include a booster selected for your skin, rather than choosing one solely by the name on the bottle.

Your visit
Contact us about recent peels, laser, waxing, injectable treatments or prescription skincare so we can advise on timing. Your therapist will tell you whether any products need to be paused; do not stop prescribed medicines without advice from your prescriber.
Many people return to their usual day after Hydrafacial, but temporary redness, tightness, irritation or breakouts can occur. Follow your aftercare and sun-protection advice. Contact the clinic if symptoms are unexpected, worsening or not settling.
If you have active inflammation, sunburn, a cold sore, broken skin or a rosacea flare, we may suggest waiting. Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding so the proposed steps and ingredients can be reviewed.
Hydrafacial combines device-assisted cleansing and extraction with hydration. A traditional facial may put more emphasis on massage, masks and relaxation; a peel focuses on chemical exfoliation. The useful choice depends on what you want to improve and how your skin responds.

Signature is $299 for 30 minutes, Deluxe is $360 for 60 minutes and Platinum is $399 for 75 minutes. A free 30-minute Hydrafacial consultation is available if you would like help choosing.
Signature includes the core cleanse, exfoliation, extraction and hydration steps. Deluxe adds a targeted booster and LED light therapy. Platinum includes those steps plus lymphatic drainage. Your therapist helps match the option to your skin and goals.
Hydrafacial usually requires little downtime, but temporary redness, tightness or irritation can occur. Your therapist will explain when to restart makeup and active skincare based on your skin and the products used.
Skin may look fresher and feel smoother after treatment. How long that lasts varies with your skin, routine and the treatment selected. Your therapist can help decide whether occasional visits or a regular schedule would be useful.
Tell us the event date when booking. Allow time for your skin to settle, especially if it is your first treatment or your skin is reactive. Your therapist can advise on timing rather than assuming same-day treatment will suit everyone.
Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before booking. Suitability depends on the steps and ingredients proposed, and some products may need to be avoided. We will review the options with you rather than assume every Hydrafacial protocol is suitable.
Some people with sensitive or congestion-prone skin may be suitable, with the protocol tailored carefully. Active inflammation, a rosacea flare, broken skin or infection may mean postponing treatment or choosing another approach. Start with a consultation if you are unsure.
