The smallest device of its kind, used where a larger probe cannot safely go — under the eyes, around the nasolabial folds, the upper lip. Precision is the entire point, which is also why it is not a treatment to have casually.

AccuTite works on the same principle as its larger counterpart — radiofrequency delivered under the skin to contract the fibrous layer — but through a much smaller probe designed for delicate, confined areas.
That makes it useful in places where laxity is genuinely difficult to treat: the lower eyelid area, the nasolabial region, small pockets along the jaw. Surface devices struggle to reach these safely and surgery is often disproportionate.
The flip side of treating delicate areas is that the margin for error is smaller. This is a treatment where who performs it matters more than which device is used.
These are contraction procedures performed under the skin. They sit between energy devices and surgery, and the choice between them is mostly about the size of the area.

Under-eye hollowing is a volume problem, not a laxity one, and this does not treat it. That distinction is made at assessment.

Because the areas are delicate and visible, swelling and bruising are more noticeable than you may expect. Contour irregularity, prolonged firmness and numbness are possible. Burns are uncommon but are a genuine risk of energy delivered under the skin.
We will not proceed where the concern is volume rather than laxity, where expectations exceed what is achievable, or where a surgical opinion is the more honest answer.
