Deposits & cancellations
A Complexion Consultation requires a $100 deposit, redeemable against treatment only, not skincare products. Dr Amy’s Focused Consultation and Strategy Session fees are not redeemable against treatment.
Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 48 hours or missed appointments may incur a $100–$300 fee, depending on the service and practitioner, at the clinic’s discretion.

Is my consultation fee redeemable?
The $100 Complexion Consultation deposit is redeemable against treatment only, not skincare products. The $150 Focused Consultation and $250 Strategy Session fees are not redeemable against treatment.
What does “from” pricing mean?
It is the published starting fee for the area listed. The final cost can depend on the treatment area and plan. We’ll explain your proposed fee and any course costs before you decide.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Treatment may be possible depending on your assessment, suitability, preparation needs and appointment availability. You do not need to decide on treatment at your consultation.
Where will my treatment take place?
Most appointments, including consultations and treatments, take place at TCMA, 240 Riley Street, Surry Hills. The two exceptions are Sofwave and HarmonyXL treatments, which take place at FutureSkin in Rosebery. Your appointment confirmation will show the location to attend.
Can I book a treatment I’ve already discussed?
Selected treatment pages offer direct appointment requests for patients with an agreed plan. Follow the treatment link above or contact our team to arrange the service recommended for you.
